What BedKoi is, and is not

BedKoi is a free information service: it shows hospitals' free beds, prices and contact details in one place. BedKoi is not a hospital, does not treat patients and does not give medical advice.

How accurate the information is

Hospitals give their own free-bed counts and prices, and these can change at any moment. Every number shows how long ago it was updated. We work to keep the information right but cannot guarantee it. Call the hospital to confirm before you go.

Bookings

• A booking is a request to a hospital to keep a bed. The bed is kept only once the hospital confirms, and you are told by SMS.
• A confirmed bed is kept for a set time. If you don't arrive within it, the booking may lapse.
• Admission, treatment and charges are entirely up to the hospital's rules. BedKoi charges nothing for bookings.
• In an emergency, don't wait for an answer: call the hospital directly.

What we ask of you

• Give true details. Don't book or report with someone else's number or a made-up name.
• Don't use the service to harass or deceive anyone.
• If the service is misused, we may stop bookings and reports from the numbers involved.

For hospitals

A listed hospital is responsible for keeping its free beds, prices and contact details correct and up to date, and for answering booking requests in time.

Limits of our responsibility

BedKoi is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, BedKoi is not liable for loss caused by information hospitals give, by hospitals' decisions or treatment, or by the service being unavailable.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page will show the new date. Using BedKoi after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
