Delete your account

You can delete your BedKoi account at any time. Searching for hospitals and calling them never needs an account.

In the app

1. Open the BedKoi app and go to More.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete.

Your account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] or call +8801819385938, from or with the mobile number of the account. We check that the number is yours, then delete the account within 7 days and tell you when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account and mobile number.
• Your saved hospitals and "tell me when a bed frees up" alerts.
• Your phone's notification token.

Bookings you made stay with the hospital as its record of the request. Ask us and we remove them too.
